Can I book multiple appointments at 1 time?
Yes, you can book as many appointments as you would like on our website within a pre-determined time window. To do this, simply click the “Book an Appointment” tab in the menu at the top of the page, select the desired dates and times, and confirm your booking. It's that easy!
Can I book an Introductory meeting?
Yes, we strongly encourage new students to attend introductory meetings. You can book a consultation free of charge on our 'Book an Appointment' page. This meeting is designed to help us understand your student's needs and expectations, and it's a great opportunity for us to discuss how we can best assist you.
are Refunds offered for sessions canceled after the 24-HOUR WINDOW?
No. Due to the commitment of time and the preparation that goes into student sessions, appointments that need to be canceled or rescheduled after the 24-hour booking window are NOT eligible for a full or partial refund. If you have pre-booked sessions that your student cannot attend, please be sure to cancel the day before the hour of the session at the latest. For instance, If you had a session for Monday, August 26th, at 3 PM, you must cancel it before 3 PM on Sunday, August 25th, to be eligible for a refund.
How are online classes Conducted?
Our classes are held via Zoom. Methods of instruction can vary depending on the Student's age and learning style. Still, we aim to keep lessons highly interactive, with built-in practice and a focus on developing independent learners.
